Shouldn't be any problem...normally ceramic coating is used over cheap aluminized piping to prevent oxidation and corrosion when used in high temp conditions. Inco is a special alloy developed for high temp applications so it doesn't need any cheap ceramic coating. Having said that if you are doing it to better hide the ugly boxes I can see your logic.
