The car has ZCP wheels with 255/275 PSS. I'm leaning towards 12/10 but I've read there are problems with the 10s. And I'm pretty sure 15/12 would rub based on my measurements.

I would stick to the 12/10 setup when you go +1 on the tires. I havent seen any issues with the 10mm's before. Ours have been designed to accommodate the 11mm hub and still stay hubcentric through the chamfer in the extended hub.
