Fixed.
My car handles absolutely great in the snow. Wife does great with the either the M3 or 335i in the snow too.

Sure, and you would indeed be a fool to try unless you had snow tires on it. If by "bike", you mean "bicycle" then I don't believe they exist (except studs for ice riding). For motorcycles they might exist, but I doubt it (again, except for studded).
Obviously there is a reason why there are literally dozens of different snow tires on the market - it's because cars are made to drive in the snow. Pretty basic logic there.
