Take a look at Lease Trader - there are plenty of deals on there. Look for one with an original Lessee that purchased a Safe-Lease warranty. They are transferrable for $25 and provide excess wear and tear protection that makes the deal a no-brainer.
I have mine on there for $925/month....but I had to pay down a $5,050 incentive to BMWFS get the payment to that. My payment was $1,261 when I started the lease in May 2008
