Why do I have to be cheap I thought this is like a community where everybody helps out. The same when people ask for auction prices on certain cars.
Do you expect them to get a dealer license so that they can have that info.

The vehicle history reports can be purchased by any person in the world and is a paid service. People have a job and support there families by people ordering those reports. A history from BMW off their systems with a vin is provided by a dealership for free. You can ask a dealership to run a report for you and if they don't You DO NOT have the option to purchase it.
It is the same as downloading songs without paying for it.
