How do you know? The top speed of the F-22 (and the F-15 for that matter) is still classified. I think it's "officially" Mach 2+ for the F-22 and Mach 2.5+ for the F-15. Anyway, either of these would have a hard time passing emissions for road use. I mean, how could you keep that emissions measuring probe from being blown out the exhaust?
The F-22 is still a better fighter than the F-15 and the M3 is a better car than the vette.
