He doesn't really say all that much.
Basically the beginning hes like "is the camera rolling?"
The camera guy asks some questions about how to turn on some feature.
Then the guy with the black shirt goes on to describe the car.
"This is the BMW M3 etcc etcc"
He talks about how the car doesn't come like this stock and that they spent a lot of time on it. He says that a client didn't like the original color and requested the chrome look to be done, and that's why they did it. I guess the guy in black is the shop owner.
Later in the video The guy in black talks about how the car is so damn reflective it burns your eyes to look at it.
The end of the video the camera man asks the guy in black to check and make sure he recorded everything correctly.
