I have had great luck removing scratches and waterspots from Venture film. I generally use a rotary polisher and Meguiars M80 and a W8006. Again do not get to overly aggressive when polishing or do not overheat film. By finessing the film you should see the correction occur. Top off or seal your film with PLEXUS after the repair is completed.
