Who says you can order both? I have seen plenty cars at the
BMW Niederlassung München with both individual paint AND interiors.
Quite simply... IF you have the money BMW will build it for you. You might have to wait six months or so - for the car. But they WILL build it. Btw... for both individual paint and interior we are talking almost 10k euros ontop of the car's price.
