It has not been absolutely confirmed with 100% certainty to my knowledge.
However, for it not to be there would be nearly unheard of. Once a car has had its public reveal, it typically makes it to all of the large shows. There are rare exceptions of course, but with a car this high profile and especially this close to release, it would be a shock to everyone if it were absent.
That said, I am not convinced at all that we will learn one new thing about the M3 at NAIAS (pricing, M-DCT or otherwise). Hope I'm wrong though.
