The survey you're referring to was based on subscribers to a magazine reporting if they had experienced any issues with their cars and what make and model it was.

I agree that Hyundai owners probably have pricing as the top priority. But like you said, the Consumer Report chart is based on data, and that speaks a lot more than what you've said here.
