That is one that I considered. I have heard differing opinions on success in the US (no seems to have luck in San Antonio). The local German dealer does not seem to have a clue. The other rub is I plan to pick it up and knock out the drive from GA to KS and would rather not spend four hours at the dealer for the update.
I figure that the cost of the code is the price for convenience.
