Option 1: Patch it. Some say this is not a good idea on performance tires. Your call.

Option 2: Replace tire. Use the same brand/model of tire (Michelin PS2, or the Continental Conti Sport 3 are the OEM tires) as the others. If you have more than say 5000+ miles and you drive pretty hard then you might think of replacing the other front tire too. If you have more than say 10,000 miles you probably want to replace all four tires.

Check tirerack on line for replacement tire prices (probably around $300/tire). Then plan on about $50 for installing and balancing it.
