Not to take anything away from the M3. It's more fun to drive (on the street or on track), according to the road testers.

Again, my point is that the testers haven't had enough time to learn the M3. You need about a year of ownership, continuously pushing the limits. Until then, anyone will be faster in the RS5. I know because I have lived this transition with my previous RS4.
