That sucks man. Have you tried calling or emailing him. Maybe He shipped the package but its still in transit. How long ago was it that he accepted payment. Ive seen it happen here a few times where its just a matter of package being stuck in transit. Good luck and hope it works out. If he indeed is a scammer, you can always track back his IP and get the police involved. Should have been a little more cautious though particularly with a member that has only been here since march and not well known.
