I have to completely agree. The first 10 years I had them they were excellent, until I had 2 hit and runs on my car in a year. Claims were awful. The repair shop they sent me to forgot to align my car, and my 1 year old tires wore to the cords in a few months. USAA sided with the repair shop. I've also found much better deals on car and homeowners recently.
