as far as who did it, no one knows. his argument is they have hundreds of cars move in and out each day of their already cramped facility, and they are looking to expand and build a bigger place, blah, blah..BS if you ask me.
it sounds like this stuff happens more often than not, and they don't do much to their employees who do this damage, which is ridiculous.
Now every time I go to the dealer, I have to cross my fingers and pray I don't get any damage.

Or just actually inspect your car before you take it back to the house.
