Yup, a lot of people have no idea how to negotiate pricing. If someone is asking 52 i'm positive you can get it down to 49 easily. Just come up with a reasonable number in your head and walk if the seller doesn't come down to it.
And hell it never hurts to ask so just give them a low ball number. The worst that can happen is they say no and that's the end of it
