We had an EPIC meet and there has been quite a bit of interest in getting a day trip organized for May.
I was thinking of
Prince Edward County/Sandbanks as I know that area is just beautiful with the sand dunes and surrounding nature.
The plan is a day trip on
Saturday May 05, 2012. We'll start early in the morning and end in the evening.
#1 meeting point will in Oakville (O) @ Bronte GO Station.
Departure time will be @ 9:30 AM SHARP
#2 meeting point will be in Ajax (A) @ Ajax GO Station.
Departure time will be at @11 AM SHARP
Please arrive at your meeting point with a full tank of gas!
So to Summarize,
#1 BRONTE GO STATION ---> #2 AJAX GO STATION ---> PRINCE EDWARD COUNTY/SANDBANKS
Total distance driven will depend on your starting point so if you're coming from the following reference point:
London, ~ 400 KM each way
Toronto,~ 240 KM each way
Oshawa,~ 200 KM each way
