can any one help me
i have m3 e92 model 2009
i was looking for upgrade engine like supercharger
i contact many brand but finaly i made a deal with active autowerk
i bought supercharger level 3
and we have tuned center in egypt
we installed every thing like they said
with very hard cause every thing with this part very closely
whatever
finaly in software they senty us g5 tools for tuned it
but when i write software file i found dme ecu is broken
and flashing it again but the same fault
active told me i must update dme ecu , and we update it , but its broken again
and they said g5 locked with old ecu , and they told me you must take another g5 , a pay only shipping , and i was change another dme ecu again
at last we stuck again with the same fault
and i cant use active till now , ,i wish to found another brand

my car is 316 and i bought m3 from outside my country and put it in 316 e92 chassis
and many people in egypt tuned m3 with ess with no problem in software
and active told me i have to contact company which made g5 tools
i contact them and they told me your problem with active
i feel i loose my money
what can i do ??
