Maybe it's time to take all the mods off and have BMW check it out. An ECU tune might fix it, but it also might be something like fuel pressure or high leak down numbers from the bottom end (rings) or top end (valves) if the car is that weak.

The Gintani dyno is a really low reading dyno. I'm sure he'd be close to 340whp on a dynojet. Don't think there's anything wrong with his car other than the intake cost him 5whp.
