You could pick up an 08 now with miles similar to yours for at least 9k less. It just depends on how long you want to look. But if that one is in great shape and you insist on having LCI, I would go for it, but shoot for 40k to make it a great deal instead of just an OK deal.

I do like the updated i-drive, so I was leaning 2009+....but the 2009 E90s are few and far between right now. Sweet spot for me would be 2009 with less miles, but stumbled across this 2010 with more miles. Thanks for the advice on pricing.
