I'll change the clutch on your honda for $800, but I'll charge you $5k for your Ferrari. Why? Because if I fuck something up on that ferrari, it's gonna cost a hell of a lot more to repair. Just like insurance.

It sucks, but that's business. So yes, they do charge you more because it's a BMW but it isnt without good reason.
