Wow, that looks like fun, and the weather was perfect. I definitely would have driven up for that if I wasn't picking up my M3 that Saturday.
ECR has a layout that looks like it would be pretty hard on the brakes. Did you run it with the stock setup? One thought is that you might not have warped a rotor; you might be feeling melted pad compound on your rotor. If that's the case, it'll burn off in a week or two (depending on how much you drive) and the shuddering will go away.
