Completely agree with you. A new car should not have a rough poorly sanded bumper. Unacceptable. Cars are expensive, I don't agree with some of the statements here that say "it's just a car, don't worry about it."

"Sorry, sir. We sometimes use some of our products at home before selling them as new. Hope you're OK with that."
