I'd be going nuts if I we're in your shoes. How far away is your dealer, it may be worth the drive to talk to the sales manager. If not, call him every 5 minutes until he answers the phone and answers your questions.
The dealrship is about to make some serious dough off you, they need to provide the appropriate service.
