You guys are confusing warranty and service inclusive terms.
Gearhead is referring to this service inclusive package which can only be purchased by the original owner within the 12 months period!
This is an extended all-inclusive maintenance plan! (as explained earlier)

Yes this package stays on the vehicle and regardless how many owners drive the vehicle, it will be covered for 5yrs/96KM.
Dee, theres no extended warranty available from BMW at the moment, although i heard through a grape-vine at BMW Canada that they will be relasing them soon!
And yes I will let you know about the numbers, just did not get a chance today
