alot of people have no manner. Im the same way. I always clean after myself when I go to people's house. I guess im lucky that the people I hang out with also clean up after themselves.
I would just tell him that it's annoying the shit out of u. If it doesnt change then maybe u should move?? Im not exactly the cleanest of them all. I mean I can be messy sometimes but never dirty. PUKE AND SHIT??? That's just fucking gross!!! OMFG If I someone did that to my place and doesnt clean it up, I'd go crazy on them.
PS- get new locks for your bathroom and lock it whenever u go out. Forget the signs as most people dont even pay attention to them anyways.
