I had GC DA set up on my E46 M3 with 525/545 springs. The JRZs are far superior. They feel very different both when running them soft and stiff. Different cars, so not a very good comparison. The JRZ feel much more "fluid", it's somewhat hard to describe.
The slow speed damping is much better on these then other shocks I have used, do a great job over sharp impacts at lower speeds.
