well...since you asked!
1. fire wade phillips, hire a coach that isn't like parcells angry, but still is able to rule that bunch
2. keep jason garrett, but put him on probation, but DO NOT promote him to head coach
3. demote T.O. to second receiver, make roy williams the first receiver
4. use highest draft pick to get a quarterback to backup romo
5. get this season over with, get the roster healthy, and try again next year (at this point, i don't have any hope of them winning a playoff game even if they get there. i'd rather have them miss the playoff completely than lose in the first round, honestly.)
6. i would not play the jerry jones keep em happy favorites game. you play well, you earn your spot. that goes for pro bowl caliber players too.
