Additional Comments: The Sales Consultant came back early from a trip to California so he could close the transaction with us in the middle of winter. He was very professional and worked very hard for the high rating. Although the car sold itself and he really didn't have to do anything to convince me it was the right car, he was still pleasant to work with. We've had plenty of awful dealership experiences with non BMW dealers and are glad to be back.
