Thanks. Yes, I found 83 ft lbs straight off my bolt torque charts for that size and grade bolt. That is close to the 81 ft lbs you quote.

The deal about replacing those bolts is not necessary. They are not stretched like head bolts. Just use the correct tap and die to clean the residual thread locker off, then clean it up with brake cleaner, let it dry and then use fresh red lock tite. Replacing the bolts after 3400 miles is ridiculous.
