I plan on ordering but installing with an alcantara boot that I have...how do you fasten the knob to the boot? glue? clips?

I'll try to get a pic up tonight. It's basically a zip or cable tie secured from the inside of the boot, between the silver trim ring and the plastic ring that held the original boot in place. The boot is then pulled down over the zip, similar to the way the e-brake handle and boot are assembled. If you use a zip tie, put the female end on the front of the knob so you can't see the bump. I used a Velcro cable tie which lets the boot lay flat all the way around.
