I don't agree that you should only pull your gun if your going to blaze away.
I have pulled mine (whilst living in 3rd world countries) and gotten out of robberies since they didn't have guns or because I saw the situation coming. The poorer the country, the earlier you see them coming.
Now to use a gun because you're angry, like the pistolero guy of this thread, doesn't do good to anyone.
Luckily the Op got away with an extra dosis of adrenaline.
Did you forget to call the cops because of the situation?
