First he deserves to die a horrible death for what he did to that guy. But on another note I think people who torture, abuse and kill innocent and harmless animals should either be killed or locked up for life. Considering that torturing of animals is a precursor to violent and potential serial killer behavior as an adult
I don't see any downside to it.
