Btw, you should consider the mileage that's added when they transport your car. I know I mentioned earlier the mileage being 8-10 miles. 10 miles may seem like a high number, but consider the car being driven to the ship, unloading the car to the docks (U.S. soil), driving it up the semi that goes to the dealer, and unloading it out of the semi straight to the dealerships parking lot.
Some BMW dealerships do it, some may not, but you should also add the distance that the dealership has to add to the car when they put the car in their storage (Some of these storage are about 1/4 mile away from the dealership). The mileage again adds up when your car gets driven from the storage back to the BMW dealership when you are ready to pick it up.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but IMHO, that's how I see the mileage getting added to the car.
