This exactly the guy obamacare caters to. People who treat themselves like crap. Get a stroke, have heart disease and diabetes who then get insurance after the fact. He doesn't care about his body and doesn't care about insurance because he can get it through obamacare now. At least now we can all chip in to pay for his excesses.

On the low life scale he rates slightly higher than uninsured drivers. In both cases we all end up paying higher premiums to subsize low-lifes
