The last auto show I was at in San Diego (1-2 years ago) was actually very nice.
Vehicles at this LA show that stuck out in mind were the Lexus LF-A Concept car with rear facing radiator and silly looking fans that cool them, the Mitsubishi Eclipse concept car, the new Escalade and Chevy SUVs with newly redesigned interiors/dash boards, the Mercedes CLS which practically decapitated me as I tried to get into the rear seats, an Audi SUV (Touareg size), the Chrysler Firepower and some of Honda's vehicles. I was actually quite impressed with the Hondas (S2000, Element, Civic Si) --lots of gadgets, but handy.
