Ya gotta love New England...they price out their real estate like they think they're on South Beach. I lived in Rhode Island and spent a lot of time in Boston and I love the city when it's not cold but it sure is expensive to live up there. I have less heartburn about paying alot in living expenses when it's warm and sunny 10 months out of the year.
