I have the Continental Contisportcontact 5Ps and they are an amazing tire. I feel right up there with the PSS. I have them in the MO (Mercedes OEM) version. I have been on the PSS and I feel these are just as good as the PSS. They also have them in the GTS sizes.
To the OP, with a ET20 on a 19X9.5 wheel you need to get the shortest 255/35/19 tire out there. You go over 26" and it could rub as its not an issue of width but height and your aggressive offset.
To be honest I would run a 275/30/19 and 295/30/19 on your wheels with your offset. Those are available in the PSS.
