The Hunt Valley area is a reasonable distance from other C&Cs and the region could use one.
Katie's - 65 miles
Lancaster - 62 miles
Maple Lawn - 35-40 miles
Also, the Hunt Valley Towne Centre is easily accessible via I-83 and other local routes. Plus, parking should never be a concern. The HVTC management has been very receptive to the effort.
