i had hre p40 19x9.5 and 19x10.5 all ET28 with PS2 255/35/19 and PS2 305/(30or35)/19
lower with H&R. no rub with EDC set on 1 light+ (no light, 1 light and 2 lights)
i think ET23 is too much if you have EDC soft (no light). wheel goes in too much and causes rub
