You wax right over the top of the clear bra.....however I would be cautious with aggresive polishes-compounds on the clear bra.... it might scuff it up too much, since I'm guessing the clear bra is softer than paint clear coat...
However I have found the clear coat on my M3 is fairly soft....I had to remove some minor scratches and them came off VERY easy using mild polish and a random orbit buffer.....
