That's what bothers me about all these wheel sellers. They don't stock anything. They just order stuff only after money is paid up front. When problems happen, the result will be poor customer service because there are no supplies on hand. What kind of stupid business model is that.
It's our fault for continuing to support these fly-by-nite dealers.

After 20-something years of buying aftermarket wheels, I decided 4 years ago to stop playing this game. Yes I have 3 piece forged wheels on my car but they were bought locally. When I need something, the guy has parts available to fix the wheel. I will no longer send my money to another state and have no power when problems arise. I learned my lessons and changed my way of enjoying nice wheels.
Also, I try to have another set of wheels laying around to change if needed.

This is really all about good customer service....or the lack there of.
