I have an 08, and got this done with plugs within 6-months. The car got slightly better mpgs (not surprisingly, someone who has access the the DME data says 240E modified the AFR), but most importantly, the car is much much smoother at low-rpm, slow speeds. I have a 6MT, so the smooth throttle response isn't related to DCT update.

So that said, $95 just to even do the 240E is worth it, and will be totally worth it if you get all other feature coding done with this buffet offer. (unless I misinterpreted that module updates are a different price?)

(sorry, I know it's a link from a competitor, but nevertheless, discusses differences in 240E updates)
