looks like cross island parkway. i actually drive like that too, not to race but people drive very slow in the fast lane on the highway... and LIE, Northern, Southern, and NYC in general. it irritates me to drive in that manner, and sometimes inadvertently causing others to think i want to race. BQE seems to have more people willing to speed, or at least not hog up the left lane.
