TO #1, ask CMD, apparently it is relevant to him somehow. I'm not sure how either to be honest. But it is his thread and it seems to be important to him. He asked me the question first and my reaction was the same as yours. If I offended you, then I apologize.
To #2 yes, they both broke the law. The difference is that I do not start threads criticizing them. If you've read CMD's previous posts he states that by definition illegal immigrants are criminals because they broke the law. How is this different (by definition) than speeding?
