I use a Crossbreed holster for my S&W M&P9c. It's been the best IWB holster I've ever used. Very well made and comfortable. Sometimes, I'll change up and carry my P99 and just use a plain old Serpa like I use at work. It's a full size, but I'll just throw on a coat.
