I would think that the DCT would be more valuable off the bat. Under warranty there are no worries and this is the newest technology. After a few years when cars are out of warranty and BMW inevitably releases an updated DCT I think the current DCT will then be worth less that the 6MT. My guess is that most people will not have the car around long enough to see this happen.
