I don't understand. Are you saying the OEM fluid is the one with the FM additive, because I thought we covered that?
From what I am told, BMW use the FM enriched fluid in all S65 to presumably minimise customer complaints. Strictly speaking you really only require it if the diff is a bit chattery, because FM fluid is not all positives. It probably depends on machining tolerances and driving conditions too I suppose. I'm going to use it, because it can't be too bad if OEM use it and I expect diffs to wear out anyway
